What are we looking for?A Support Engineer with 2/3+ years of experience in technical support who can investigate and troubleshoot production issues efficiently. Strong English communication skills are required for managing meetings with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Main tasks include:
Investigating and troubleshooting production issues promptly
Deploying fixes, patches, and updates with the team
Monitoring logs and performance metrics
Collaborating with QA, support, and product teams to resolve bugs
Maintaining technical documentation for support workflows and known issues
What do we expect from you?
Foundational experience with Node.Js and TypeScript
Basic understanding of React and modern front-end principles
Familiarity with version control systems like Git
Understanding of REST APIs and client-server architecture
Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn
Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude
Familiarity with ITIL ticketing tools like ServiceNow
English proficiency at B2+/C1 level
