- Lead the company's strategic vision and direction in collaboration with the founding team. 
- Make key decisions for the company's growth and development. 
- Actively participate in customer acquisition efforts. 
- Identify market opportunities and set strategic growth objectives. 
- Oversee and coordinate all business operations. 
- Forge strategic partnerships to drive the company's expansion and success. 
- Recruit and lead a talented team to achieve goals and objectives. 
- Establish and maintain relationships with investors and key partners. 
- Actively seek funding and resources for the company. 
- Represent the company at relevant events and conferences. 
- Ensure compliance with quality and sustainability standards. 
- Evaluate and mitigate potential business risks. 
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in the agri-food sector. 
**Requisitos**: 
- Entrepreneur at heart and by vocation, with a deeply rooted business mindset, bold vision, and passion for knowledge, innovation, and growth. 
- Ability to foster a company culture based on employee empowerment, enabling them to integrate and reach their full potential. 
- Extensive experience in business management and leadership, demonstrating exceptional strategic and executive skills. Ideally, at least 10 years of experience in the agri-food sector, with deep knowledge of production, transformation, and commercialization, as well as demonstrable experience in commercial management across various geographies. 
- Proven experience in the agricultural sector, with a clear vision and understanding of the operational and strategic challenges and opportunities across the value chain: producers, processors, distributors and wholesalers, logistics companies, retailers, and consumers. 
- Track record of at least 3 years working in the dynamic startup environment, either as a founder or co-founder, with proven success in developing new products or services and a demonstrated list of implemented initiatives. 
- Experience in building organizational structures, including developing standard operating procedures and key performance indicators to manage the company as it grows. 
- Experience analyzing profit and loss statements, either as an entrepreneur or as a division head in a company experiencing significant growth over short periods. Strong understanding of financial reporting and funding initiatives needed to drive the company's growth. 
- Possess a solid network of investors and contacts in the agrifoodtech and biotech sector, capable of establishing strategic relationships and securing financial and knowledge support. 
- Preferably based in Spain, fluent in Spanish and English, both spoken and written, to interact with international partners and access global resources. 
- Open, adaptable, and receptive attitude, with a multicultural mindset and appreciation for diversity. 
- Proactive and curious, willing to explore new ideas and approaches, adopting experimentation as a means of learning and continuous improvement. 
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of leading and inspiring teams, partners, and clients.
