Key Responsibilities
* Develops and leads integrated marketing strategies across events, nightlife, music and brand activations, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives.
* Analyses market trends and audience behaviour across key markets, including the United Kingdom, the Netherlands and Italy, to inform targeted strategies and planning.
* Plans and executes campaigns across digital, social media, influencer marketing and partnerships, ensuring effective delivery across all channels.
* Manages marketing budgets, timelines and deliverables, ensuring campaigns are executed efficiently and within approved parameters.
* Manages campaign performance through data analysis, tracking key metrics including return on investment, engagement and ticket sales.
* Oversees brand positioning across all channels, ensuring consistency in messaging, tone of voice and visual identity.
* Collaborates with promoters, DJs, agencies, and internal teams to ensure alignment and effective campaign execution.
* Identifies growth opportunities, partnerships, and new audience segments to expand market reach and revenue potential.
What We’re Looking For
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in marketing within events, nightlife or entertainment environments, with a strong understanding of international live events markets, particularly within the United Kingdom, the Netherlands or Italy.
* Proven track record in campaign management, event promotion and audience growth, with an established network within DJs, promoters or the nightlife industry preferred.
* Experience using digital marketing platforms, social media tools and campaign analytics systems.
* Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and collaborate across internal and external teams.
* Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, international environment.
* Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends and public holidays.
* Previous experience within luxury hotels or high-volume operations is highly valued.
* Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and public holidays, in line with the rhythm of Destino Five Ibiza.
* Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English. Spanish is an advantage but not essential.
* Must hold the legal right to work in Europe, including any required visas or work permits, in full compliance with local regulations.
* Personally settled on the island with accommodation already arranged is a must.
* Brings a positive attitude that aligns with the spirit of The Pacha Group.
