Sales Associate / Trek Bicycle Store

If you have sales skills, love bicycles, and seek a sales role to apply your abilities, Trek Bicycle Store is your place. Enjoy a position where you can develop your skills in the cycling industry.

Job Responsibilities:

* Sales = 70%
* Actively lead all sales activities in the store, including customer engagement, executing daily tasks, and tracking sales.
* Ensure high standards of customer service across the team.
* Inventory = 20%
* Manage store inventory effectively, utilizing the EPOS system efficiently.
* Become an expert in the store's POS system.
* Training = 15%
* Organize, participate in, and validate training for all sales staff.
* Supervise and ensure staff complete training programs like Trek University, Ascend U, and other relevant systems.
* Support and monitor staff development using the employee development plan.
* Product Research = 5%
* Collaborate with the store manager to identify new products to stock.
* Miscellaneous Tasks
* Perform other duties as assigned by management.
