Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
1. identifying customer needs and recommend product solutions
2. coordinating and executing the sales activities according to defined sales goals and KPIs following the sales strategy and given standards
3. identifying customer needs and recommend product solutions & additional services
Account-, Activity- & Pipeline reporting via C4C by given standards
4. Cooperate with Distribution partners and customers on promotions, solutions
5. Training for our products (basics) with distributors
6. working to monthly / quarterly sales and revenue targets as set by the Sales Manager
Additional Responsibilities
7. regular reporting of results
8. Defined reporting activities via C4C including Sales, budget nd forecast planning
9. Close cooperation with CIC and Logistics for customer service topics
Interactions (internal & external)
10. Local Marketing, Logistics, Finance, Sales KAM, Customer service
11. Retailers, 3rd party Merchandising Companies
Qualifications:
Work Experience and Education
12. at least secondary school degree (higher education is an advantage)
13. 2-3 years of B2B Field Sales experience

14. up to date market knowledge
15. understanding merchandizing processes
16. understanding sales tools & practices
