As a Data Center Engineering Operations Technician, you will ensure the seamless operation of global cloud systems, applying electrical and mechanical skills to maintain the heartbeat of technological innovation.
Key Responsibilities
* Safety
Follow and maintain the highest safety standards, encourage a world‑class safety culture, and manage remediation of safety risks in collaboration with other teams. Own safety initiatives and projects to foster a strong safety culture.
* Engineering & Facility Operations and Maintenance
Engage with electrical and mechanical equipment including UPS, switchgear, circuit breakers, ATS, diesel generators, chillers, HVAC, exhaust fans, VFDs, and transformers.
o Troubleshoot events within internal SLA’s.
o Take daily operational readings of all mechanical and electrical equipment through routine rounds and log‑taking (temperatures, voltages, currents, etc.).
o Supervise contractors who perform servicing or preventive maintenance.
* Physical Requirements
Manual handling and lifting of equipment may be required (weight limits in accordance with regulations).
Ability to work shifts (morning, late, and night).
Work at heights and from ladders; in a noisy environment with ear protection.
Perform physical tasks during the shift.

Basic Qualifications
* High school or equivalent diploma.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in data center engineering.
* English level B1 or higher.
