The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building scalable, high-quality security programs and is comfortable working across technical and business domains. Spanish fluency is required as part of this role.
* 7+ years of experience in Information Technology or Cybersecurity.
* Strong proficiency with security frameworks (NIST CSF, Zero Trust architecture) for strategic security development.
* Experience with one or more cloud platforms, AWS/Azure/GCP
* Solid knowledge of Cloud Security principles, and version control tools such as Git.
* Familiarity with executive-level communication and board presentations
* Proven experience with cybersecurity program development and web services.
* Advanced proficiency in Spanish (written and spoken).
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Develop and maintain robust cybersecurity programs using NIST CSF and Zero Trust principles
* Create efficient, reusable security frameworks with cloud security best practices (AWS/Azure/GCP)
* Design, optimize, and maintain security structures to ensure data integrity and performance.
* Collaborate with designers and other developers to deliver an intuitive and secure enterprise environment
* Participate in strategic roadmap management and governance oversight.
* Implement KPIs and metrics to track portfolio health and security control effectiveness.
* Stay current with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies in cybersecurity and cloud security
