The role we are looking for
As part of our growth and international expansion, we are looking to incorporate a Junior Quality Technician into our Quality team.
This position will play a key role in supporting product approvals, audits, and quality certifications, ensuring that Bassols continues to meet the highest industry standards. We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and motivated professional who is eager to grow in a rigorous and collaborative environment.
What you will do
- Assist in the approval process of new fabrics, suppliers, and products.
- Support the execution and follow-up of internal and external audits.
- Manage and update documentation related to quality certifications (OEKO-TEX, GOTS, ISO, etc.).
- Collaborate with production and suppliers to ensure compliance with established standards.
- Monitor laboratory tests and technical evaluations of fabrics.
- Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to continuous quality enhancement.
What we expect from you
- Technical training in Textile Engineering, Quality, or related fields.
- Previous internship or 1-2 years’ experience in a quality department, ideally within textiles or consumer goods.
- Knowledge of textile standards, quality systems, and certifications will be valued.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and ERP systems is a plus.
- Good English level (minimum B2).
- Team-player, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
