Your Mission

You will enhance dealer network performance through data-driven analysis, impactful marketing initiatives, and the deployment of innovative aftersales platforms and loyalty programs. By leading digitalization projects and optimizing processes, you will strengthen customer engagement, service profitability, and overall network efficiency, contributing to a sustainable and customer‑centric mobility ecosystem.

What You’ll Be Doing

Performs market and dealer profitability analyses, develops service offers, and optimizes aftersales processes to improve business performance and network efficiency. Leads key aftersales projects and provides operational and administrative support to the Aftersales Manager.

* Leads marketing campaigns, communication activities, CR initiatives, and sales promotions to reinforce service branding, increase customer engagement, and support dealer network performance.
* Deploy and maintenance aftersales platforms across Dealer nertwork.
* Interfaces and API developing with Dealers and providers to improve the communication, performance and bussiness analysis.
* Leadership in aftersales digitalization projects across NSC and Official Dealer network.
* Customer loyalty programs definition, development, launch and monitoring. Auto insurance, Maintenance programs, financing.
* Pricing analysis, manage MKT content and coordinate communications with Dealer network.
* Develop AS reports & performance dashboards (KPls).
What you bring
* Bachelor or Master’s degree, or equivalent level acquired through education or work experience.
* 3+ years of experience in a similar role in automotive/E-mobility within an importer or OEM.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English (mandatory). Chinese is a plus.
* Capability of analysing market trends and after sales performance.
* Ability to translate technical products or service offerings into compelling value propositions
* High level of attention to detail, time management, and accuracy. Proficient in PowerPoint and presentation skills.
