The position can be based in Hungary, Romania, Portugal, Italy, or Spain. /ph3Role Description /h3pThe SaaS Implementation Engineer / Technical Solution Architect is a key member of the SaaS Enablement team responsible for the efficient delivery of SaaS implementation projects. You will collaborate with SaaS Enablement and other cross-functional teams to deliver implementation projects and work with Varian’s extensive customer base to deploy multiple SaaS offerings. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliEstablish credibility with technical, clinical, and business stakeholders. /liliConfigure and troubleshoot network connectivity to the Varian Cloud (AWS and Azure), HL7 messaging, FHIR, Cloverleaf, security settings, VPNs, and IP whitelisting. /liliWork cross-functionally within Varian to ensure a positive customer experience. /liliProvide customer-facing technical leadership during implementations, focusing on networking, data interoperability, security, and operations for Varian’s SaaS portfolio. /liliLead the design, development, and troubleshooting of SaaS implementations, ensuring successful deployment from kickoff to go-live. /liliPerform cloud product installations and configurations, including on-premises connectivity. /liliRespond promptly to incidents and technical events. /liliReview customer IT infrastructure and project plans to ensure alignment with installation requirements. /liliServe as a subject matter expert (SME) on implementation operations for Product, Engineering, Sales, and other teams. /liliParticipate in internal testing and training procedures. /liliMaintain and update customer cloud-supported product environments as needed. /liliCompile status reports for project managers and leadership. /liliAnalyze implementation data to identify opportunities for process improvement and enhanced customer satisfaction. /liliWork with cloud-based and on-premises environments, including operating systems, databases, and networking technologies. /liliComplete task documentation in accordance with Varian’s quality processes and procedures. /liliWork independently with minimal supervision and apply critical thinking, good judgment, and strong decision-making skills. /liliAttend planning calls and provide technical input as needed; complete company-provided training within designated timelines. /liliDevelop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders across Digital Oncology and other business lines. /liliReport to the Director of the SaaS Enablement Team. /li /ulh3Requirements and Qualifications /h3ulliAbility to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks in an organized and efficient manner. /liliExcellent communication skills and a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience. /lili5–10 years of relevant experience. /liliCollaborative team player with a professional and composed demeanor; willingness to travel for designated events (less than 15% travel). /liliProfessional fluency in English. /li /ulh3Typical Education and Experience /h3ulliBachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a technical discipline with some postgraduate coursework or equivalent experience. /liliProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). /liliExperience in IT, Cloud, and Networking. /liliDesired: Experience with flowchart and diagramming software. /li /ulh3How We Work /h3pSiemens Healthineers values diversity and inclusion and invites applications from all backgrounds.
