Senior Full‑Stack Software Engineer Main Responsibilities: • Design, build, and operate modern web applications supporting scientific and AI workflows, including frontend user interfaces, backend services, and data integrations. • Develop rich, high‑performance data visualization experiences such as dashboards, exploratory analytics, and interactive visual components to support scientific interpretation. • Build and maintain secure and scalable RESTful and/or GraphQL backend services, integrating internal systems, databases, and external APIs. • Work closely with data scientists and domain experts to integrate ML/AI components, model inference pipelines, and data processing workflows into user‑facing products. • Apply software engineering best practices including automated testing, code reviews, CI/CD, documentation, containerization, and monitoring. • Collaborate in cross‑functional, research‑driven environments to transform high‑level scientific and business requirements into robust, scalable, and user‑friendly solutions. Requirements: Nice to Have: • Experience designing advanced scientific visualizations (multi‑dimensional data, temporal or spatial visualizations, imaging, omics) and conducting UX research with scientific stakeholders. • Experience integrating applications with data platforms such as Databricks or Snowflake. • Familiarity with ML/AI deployment patterns, including working with model endpoints (SageMaker, Vertex, MLflow), feature stores, or retrieval/search architectures. • Polyglot programming experience (Go, Rust, Java) for performance‑critical components. • Exposure to scientific datasets (omics, imaging, clinical, preclinical) and understanding of associated standards, governance, and privacy considerations.
