Job Description
We are inviting applications from students in the final year of a degree in Spanish law during who are interested in joining our Madrid office in September 2027 for the purpose of undertaking the practical work experience (prácticas) required as part of the Máster de Acceso a la Profesión de la Abogacía y Procura imparted by a Spanish university and joining us as a first-year abogado immediately afterwards, subject to passing the state exam.

Selection Process
The selection process comprises the following stages, with the number of candidates reduced at the end of each stage:
- Screening of online applications
- A video interview
- A written case study test (in English)
- A first competency-based interview with HR
- A second (and possibly third) interview with partners and senior associates
Qualifications
What are we looking for
Spanish law graduates:
- Final year of a degree in Spanish law during 2025/26
- Undertaking the Máster de Acceso a la profesión de la Abogacía y Procura during 2026/27
- Excellent academic record (minimum GPA of a high Notable)
- High level of written and spoken English
What else will we take into account
When reviewing your initial application, we will consider:
- Additional graduate qualifications in Business Administration, Economics or Political Sciences
- Relevant work experience during graduate studies
- Positions of responsibility at school or university
- Fluency in languages other than English
