Job overview:
The Profile Generation Manager is a technical job to ensure effective and efficient profile generation operations. The Profile Generation Manager also oversees all activities associated with profile generation capacity planning and management, fulfilling all customer demands and not breaching any of the agreements (internal or external).As the Profile Generation manager is responsible for cost, budget and planning of the profile generation operations, it is expected a deep understanding and knowledge about service operations, a good understanding of project management, ITIL processes and service managements as well as service specific knowledge related to telecommunication and/or OEM solutions.
Accountabilities:
1. Effective and efficient profile generation operations, including task distribution, planning and prioritization in accordance with customer demands and budget.
2. Implementation of profile generation strategy.
3. Delivery based on committed service availability and SLA and OLA requirements for deployed services.
4. Profile generation operations capacity planning, management and anticipation of needs with input from Profile generation engineers.
5. Profile generation operations routines, including periodic controls to the team members and follow up meetings to review daily activities.
6. Implementation of guidelines and work instructions provided by Tool chain management team.
7. Close coordination with the Datacenter and Delivery teams in order to align on resource planning for the main activities.
8. Provide technical feedback and solutions to other departments.
9. Evaluate, improve and add applicable work instruction.
Education and experience:
10. University degree in Computer Sciences, IT or related technical/engineering field engineering
11. A minimum of 3 years successful service operations experience in the IT, Technology and/or Security Information systems industry
12. Experience from having management and/or operational leadership roles
13. Experienced in working with ticketing and monitoring systems
14. Preferably experience of managing similar departments
15. Preferably Telecommunications industry experience
