Today, one of our clients—a leader in visa and immigration services—is looking for an Operations Manager & Team Leader to join their growing team.
What will you do?
Your mission will be to coordinate the operations team, optimize workflows, and ensure an outstanding experience for clients, while maintaining a collaborative and efficient work environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead individual and team meetings to ensure alignment, follow‑up, and coordination.
- Support and guide the operations team in their day‑to‑day tasks.
- Assign new cases based on workload and specialization.
- Oversee payments, communications, claims, and client follow‑up.
- Monitor KPIs and ensure compliance with internal procedures.
- Drive continuous improvements together with the Management team and support the onboarding and training of new team members.
Who are we looking for?
- Proven experience in team leadership or operations management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and set priorities.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Knowledge of Spanish immigration processes (digital nomad visa, non‑lucrative visa, etc.) is a plus.
- Empathy, adaptability, and a solution‑oriented mindset.

- 100% remote position.
- Working hours: 8:30–17:30, with flexible start time until 10:00 (adjusted finish time).
