To ensure our customers succeed and thrive with our platform, we are looking for a Customer Success Representative to join our dynamic team.
Role Overview
As a Customer Success Representative at Cofrai, you’ll play a critical role in building and maintaining relationships with clients, guiding them through every stage of their journey—from pre-sale demos to post-sale support. You’ll be their trusted point of contact, ensuring their smooth onboarding and continued satisfaction.
Responsibilities
You’ll be responsible for managing client interactions across three key stages:
* Pre-sale: Conduct demos, answer questions, and provide guidance on pricing and product fit.
* Onboarding: Lead the implementation process, manage project timelines, provide user training, and drive user engagement.
* Support: Offer ongoing support to existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and they derive maximum value from our platform.
