Eraneos Iberia is looking for diferents expertise as a Data & AI Strategy to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to our clients, helping them define, implement, and optimize their data and AI strategies to drive business value.
What You Will Do With Us
Strategic Advisory: Guide clients in defining their data & AI strategies aligned with business goals.
Data-Driven Transformation: Assess data ecosystems, identify opportunities, and define roadmaps for modernization.
AI & Advanced Analytics Consulting: Support clients in adopting AI-driven solutions to optimize processes and enhance decision-making.
Governance & Compliance: Define data governance frameworks, policies, and best practices ensuring regulatory compliance and ethical AI.
Technology Evaluation: Advise on the selection and implementation of data platforms, AI tools, and emerging technologies .
Business Case Development: Help organizations quantify the value of AI initiatives and align investments with ROI-driven outcomes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders across IT, business, and operations to drive adoption and success.
Continuous Improvement: Monitor and refine AI models and data processes, ensuring alignment with evolving business needs.

* Education & Experience:
o Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, or related fields .
o 3+ years of experience in data strategy, AI consulting, or business analytics.
o Proven experience in advising clients on data & AI-driven transformation .
Technical & Analytical Skills:
o Strong understanding of data architecture, data governance, and AI frameworks .
o Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and modern data platforms .
o Knowledge of AI/ML models and advanced analytics, including real-world implementation.
o Ability to assess data ecosystems and define roadmaps for data & AI adoption .
o Familiarity with data security, privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA), and ethical AI principles
Business & Consulting Skills:
o Ability to translate business needs into data & AI strategies .
o Experience in defining business cases for AI investment and ROI measurement .
o Strong knowledge of data-driven decision-making processes in various industries.
o Ability to lead workshops, stakeholder discussions, and executive presentations .
