This role will report to the Commercial Roofing Manager - Europe - who is based in the UK. 50% travel throughout the territory is required.Our TeamGeorgia-Pacific Gypsum is one of the largest plasterboard manufacturers in North America and the innovator of the leading roof protection board brand in North America. You will be on the International Sales Team, responsible for profitably growing markets outside the US and Canada with our gypsum panels. Growing the roof board category in Europe is a main growth opportunity for the broader gypsum division.What You Will DoKey Influencer and Key Account Identification, Development and Management:
Identify and develop key influencer accounts to drive mutually beneficial outcomes, using CRM tools to track plans.Sales Strategy/Territory Plan Development:
Use market analysis to develop and execute sales strategies and territory plans, collaborating with internal teams for support.Market Analysis and Development:
Maintain and update market analyses related to opportunities, competition, construction practices, standards, and pricing.Technical Support:
Provide technical support to waterproofing manufacturers, roofing contractors, and the design community, ensuring compliant and customer-focused responses.Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)Strategic thinker with excellent communication skillsEntrepreneurial and problem-solving mindsetStrong analytical skills and proactive market approachLeadership and collaboration skills, organized self-starterExperience in commercial roofing salesWell-connected within the construction value chainProficient in Microsoft Office and technical understanding of flat roofing systemsWhat Will Put You AheadProven cross-functional collaboration experienceExperience with FM Approvals RoofNav systemKnowledge of flat roofing codes and standardsExperience with Salesforce or similar CRM toolsBachelor's degree in relevant fieldsUnderstanding of architectural sales and construction processesFluency in Spanish and English;
