Integrations Analyst M&A - Maritime Services

The Integrations Analyst M&A will support the Integration Management Office (IMO) in planning, coordinating, and executing integration activities to ensure a smooth and successful transition between the acquiring and acquired organizations.
The Integrations Analyst M&A works closely with the integration team and other departments to manage risks, monitor progress, and ensure that integration objectives are met in alignment with the company's strategy, including new setups in new countries through organic growth via greenfield projects or joint ventures (JVs).
Key Responsibilities:
* Support governance structure and coordinate interactions.
* Develop and align integration plans with organizational goals.
* Organize meetings, define milestones, and track progress.
* Identify and mitigate integration risks.
* Monitor key metrics and report to leadership.
* Execute change management initiatives and strategies.
* Track and report synergies and benefits.
* Manage integration-related documentation and templates.
* Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration processes.
* Effectively communicate integration plans, progress, and issues ensuring
* transparency and alignment
* Assist in the development and implementation of integration strategies that align with the company's overall objectives.
* Identify opportunities for improving integration processes and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Information Technology, Mathematics, or a related field.
* A Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field is a plus.
* At least 2-3 years of experience in consulting, or a similar role preferably with one of the Big 4 consulting firms (Deloitte, EY, KPMG, PwC).
* Fluent in English and Spanish.
* Solid skills in data analyis, reporting and presentation.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
* Certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or change management methodologies are highly desirable.
* Experience in the maritime, logistics, or transportation industry is a plus, but not mandatory.
