Job Description
* Support the Head of Operations to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished and that operations run efficiently.
* Coordinate internal and external resources to expedite workflows.
* Drumbeat milestones/commitments to ensure resolution on time.
* Coordination with Executive Assistants across the organization in Airbus Spain and Airbus Helicopters to anticipate and follow up actions.
* Prepare presentations to manage communication of key topics with several stakeholders, from Blue Collars to Executive management.
* Contribute to manage agenda and prioritize the Head of Ops and Plant emails.
* Support to organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings.
* Collaborate in coordinate travel arrangements.
* Support Operations team at AHE on general administration and logistics arrangements.
Skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong time‑management skills and an ability to organize and coordinate multiple concurrent projects.
* Proficiency with office productivity tools and an aptitude for learning new software and systems.
* Flexible team player, willing to adapt to changes and unafraid of challenges.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality of information related to the company and its employees.
* English & French.
