What This Job Can Offer YouThis is a Solutions Consultant – Growth role focused on existing customers within our Sales organization. You will work alongside senior sales executives to drive expansion revenue by understanding your clients' global employment needs and providing tailored consultative solutions.

What you bring

Excellent understanding of distributed workforce solutions and international HRIS and payroll solutions. Deep experience with Global Payroll, HRIS, contractor management tools, or Employer of Record is highly desirable.

Solution consulting experience with proven ability to employ consultative techniques to understand client needs, build rapport, and provide insightful recommendations.

Strong sales acumen and understanding of sales cycles and processes.

Excellent storytelling skills, with very strong written and verbal presentation skills.

Strong technical aptitude, ability to quickly learn, understand, demonstrate, and analyze software solutions.

Comfort with AI tools and emerging technologies, with ability to integrate new solutions into consultative workflows.

Intellectual curiosity and self‐directed learning mindset.

Collaborative mindset, able to influence cross‐functional stakeholders and drive alignment without direct authority.

Passion for remote work and a global outlook.

Thrives in ambiguity and rapid change, with proven ability to reprioritize and adapt strategies.

Experience in high‐growth or scale‐up environments.

Fluent in English; additional fluency in Spanish or French considered a plus.

Job Responsibilities

Partner closely with Account Managers in the AMER sales team to understand and address customer business goals and requirements.

Develop a deep understanding of Remote's product offerings and technical capabilities; stay curious about product releases and roadmap.

Lead consultative engagements with customers, exploring technical and business challenges, and articulating the value of Remote's product suite.

Build trusted advisor relationships through deep industry expertise, acting as a strategic partner in customers' global workforce transformation.

Drive measurable impact on expansion ARR, deal velocity, and win rates through consultative excellence.

Partner with internal cross‐functional teams (sales, product, marketing, customer success, sales enablement) to ensure a seamless buyer experience and successful implementation of solutions.

Keep up to date with industry trends, best practices, and customer challenges in global and distributed talent employment strategies.

Report to: Manager, Solutions Consulting (AMER).

Direct reports: None.

Team: Sales – Solutions Consulting.

Location: Fully remote, priority given to AMER timezone applicants.

Start date: As soon as possible.

Remote Compensation PhilosophyOur total compensation strategy ensures fair, unbiased pay and competitive benefits across all operating locations. For this full‐time role, the base salary range is $150,000 USD – $170,000 USD, determined by role, level, location, and other factors such as skills, experience, and market demands.
