**Business Development Manager****Qualifications**:- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Renewable Energies- Business Management or a related field- Min 5 years of experience within the solar energy sector in Spain- Experience in building teams, businesses, or business units in dynamic environments- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Vast knowledge about market itself (clients, suppliers, etc.), market regulations and all local requirements in Spain- Proficiency in written and spoken English- Able to travel and represent the company in various commercial engagements**Responsibilities**:- Preparation of market research, identify EPC & O&M; clients and opportunities- Proactive customer acquisition- Create and represent a local entity in a specific market- Leading the contract negotiations on a specific market in close collaboration with the Business Development team based in Poland- Develop trusted relationships with existing and potential customers- Establish sustainable strategic network including local specialists/subcontractors and other local aspects, in coordination with other departments- Prepare proposals and define the appropriate price levels necessary to secure projects on a specific market- Establish the office structures and processes for administrative tasks- Examination of local requirements necessary for implementation of the project in a given market (administrative/legal/construction requirements/or necessary certifications/permits)- Define and implement Health & Safety standards including specific customer requirements, in coordination with other departments- Establish suppliers and a procurement network and support tender processes- Monitor legal aspects of the project in cooperation with legal team or / and legal advisors- Ensure all projects are built safely and in agreement with client's requirements, as well as local regulations, including the project permits,- Actively cooperate with other departments during the bidding process and assist in the preparation of bid cost estimates- Support for the operational team implementing the construction of projects- Verification of compliance of projects with standards, specifications and contractual requirements**About Nomad Electric**Nomad Electric is part of the R.
