Marketing Manager B2B role at CGI. Hybrid work model in Palma de Mallorca.
We are seeking a Marketing Manager B2B with 5+ years in technology with a SaaS sales model and at least 3 years leading demand generation and a small team, accustomed to mid / long advisory cycles and high switching costs environments.
Responsibilities
* Own inbound / SEO marketing strategies and paid B2B marketing (LinkedIn and Google).
* Plan and execute webinars and partnerships with other companies.
* Manage end-to-end lead processes (ICP, MQL / SQL, lead scoring, nurturing) and handoff to Sales.
* Work with KPIs such as CAC, payback, LTV / CAC, MQL→SQL, SQL→Win, demo rate, and landing page conversion.
Qualifications
* 5+ years of technology experience with a SaaS sales model.
* At least 3 years leading demand generation and a small team.
* Experience with consultative sales cycles and high switching costs environments.
* Proficiency in inbound / SEO, B2B paid marketing, webinars, partnerships, and end-to-end lead management.
* Comfortable working with KPIs such as CAC, payback, LTV / CAC, MQL→SQL, SQL→Win, demo rate, and landing page conversion.
* Location : Hybrid in Palma de Mallorca.
