We are conducting a search for a Key Account Manager RFID. She/he will work closely with Sales Directors and Business Development Managers in selling Checkpoint's Retail RFID Solutions. She/He will be in charge of the sales and relationship with the major Apparel Spanish retailers.
RFID Sales Specialist is responsible for leading and understanding a prospective customer's business problems, mapping these to Checkpoint's RFID solutions, and proposing effective solutions.
Your primary roles will be:
* Work with customers to understand their business problems, scope and priorities, analyze their requirements, and determine the technical feasibility of Checkpoint RFID solutions.
* Collaborate with hardware, labels, and software teams to create customer proposals and Statements of Work.
* Conduct solution workshops with customers to develop detailed requirements and implementation roadmaps.
* Present solutions to customers, support the sales team with demos, Proof-of-Concepts, and integrate Checkpoint's products with customer IT systems.
* Provide technical support to respond to RFIs/RFPs and assist in collating third-party requirements and pricing.
Education & Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
* 5+ years of experience, with at least 2 years in software or RFID technical sales.
Knowledge & Skills:
* Experience with RFID and IoT technologies.
* Understanding of online software (SaaS), hardware, and software integration.
* Knowledge of retail industry, server and network security.
* Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
* Ability to travel 30-40%. Residence in Madrid required.
