Descripción de la ofertaAs a Head of Finance, your main tasks will be:
Define and execute the financial strategy in alignment with the Group's objectives and in close collaboration with the CEO/Board.
Ensure end-to-end economic and financial management: accounting, taxation, management control, treasury, and consolidated reporting (IFRS).
Lead the budget, forecast, and multi-year strategic planning processes.
Manage treasury, financing operations, and relationships with banks, investors, and auditors.
Oversee financial risk management (foreign exchange, interest rate, credit, commodities).
Ensure tax and regulatory compliance in an international environment.
Promote the digital transformation of the finance function (automation, ERP/SAP, reporting, and data analytics).
Integrate ESG and sustainability criteria into financial management and reporting.
Lead, develop, and motivate multicultural finance teams across different geographies.
Perfil del candidatoThe selected candidate will fit with:
Education : Bachelor's or Master's Business Administration, Finance or related field.
Solid experience (min. 5 years) in financial leadership roles within food/beverages industries or multinational environments.
Strong knowledge of IFRS, industrial management control, and corporate finance.
Experience in structured financing, M&A, and risk management.
High ethical standards, results orientation, and the ability to operate in an international context.
Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
Heavy user of Excel is very valuable.
SAP experience is very valuable.
