In this role you will implement Clinisys software into laboratories and client environments, ensuring customer requirements are met and workflows are optimized. You will work closely with project managers and customers, configuring software to improve operational efficiency and comply with regulations. You’ll contribute to product development and stay current with industry developments, while advocating quality improvements with leadership. This is an AI‑savvy, collaborative position that emphasizes practical impact in diagnostic workflows and health outcomes.

• Assist with implementation activities including time management and coordination with customer representatives
• Understand customer workflows to tailor Clinisys product configurations
• Maintain deep knowledge of Clinisys product functionality across disciplines
• Contribute to software product development and recommend changes based on feedback
• Deliver training to key users as required
• Attend team meetings and training courses
• Support and collaborate with team members and build a knowledge base
• Respond to requests from line managers or project managers
• Ensure compliance with Clinisys codes of conduct and customer procedures
• Aim to meet utilisation targets and minimize non-productive periods
Responsabilidades
• Experience in IT or software provider organisations or software implementations
• Moderate project xpzdshu management experience desirable
• Working knowledge of AI technologies and ability to leverage them to improve processes
• Ability to travel UKI, EU and abroad; full driving licence
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Independent working capability and strong customer service skills
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience with PL/SQL, HL7, integration products (e.g., Rhapsody) or XML and Java scripting
