Accounting Manager
with fluent English for an industrial company based in Alcobendas.We are looking for a hands-on accounting professional with extensive experience in accounting, accustomed to working in multinational environments and reporting to a parent company. The idóneo candidate has experience leading small teams and a solid background within the industrial sector.Permanent contract directly with the company.
Oversee day-to-day accounting operations (General Ledger, AP, AR, payroll).Maintain effective internal controls and ensure compliance with local tax regulations.Coordinate external audits.Lead budgeting and forecasting processes.Monitor financial performance and prepare reporting in line with group guidelines.Support business decision-making through financial analysis.Develop KPIs and drive continuous improvement in accounting processes.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.~5–7 years of experience in accounting/controlling roles.~ Strong knowledge of local tax regulations.~ Experience in an industrial environment.~ Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.~ Fluency in English.~
