As a Data Analyst at Dragons, you will be key in developing performance indicators (KPIs) and reports that drive our clients' needs towards business clarification. You will work closely with Account Directors and report to our Head of Technology & Innovations to ensure that client KPIs are met efficiently and effectively. This role requires a keen understanding of corporate structures and essential business operations, such as Profit & Loss (P&L), invoicing, and time tracking, advertising, and production project structures.
Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain data models and reporting using Power BI, ThoughtSpot, or other relevant data visualization tools.Collaborate with Account Directors to understand client requirements and deliver comprehensive KPI reports and dashboards meeting recurrent deadlines.Organize data sources to ensure consistency and accessibility while maintaining data integrity and security.Analyze financial documents and operational metrics to assist in strategic decision-making across various departments.Educate and support team members on analytical best practices and data-driven approaches.Regularly present analytical findings to the Head of Technology and other stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, with a good portfolio of designing interactive dashboards and KPI reports.Expertise in Power BI, ThoughtSpot, or similar data visualization and analytics platforms.Solid understanding of corporate financial structures, including P&L, invoicing systems, time tracking and more.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working directly with senior management and cross-functional teams.Ability to communicate fluently in English.Languages: Spanish (mandatory)What we offer: MacBook and any other pieces of equipment required#J-18808-Ljbffr
