Experience, Knowledge, and Skills

Industry Expertise: Minimum of 5 years of proven success in front-line Medical Imaging capital equipment sales.
\n
Specialization: Direct experience selling SPECT, SPECT/CT, and/or PET/CT systems is mandatory.
\n
Network: An established clinical network within Nuclear Medicine departments across Southern Europe is required.
\n
Channel Management: Extensive experience managing and \"driving\" third-party distributors to meet regional goals.
\n
Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills; ability to influence a diverse range of stakeholders.
\n
Mindset: Proactive, results-oriented, and capable of thriving in an entrepreneurial, collaborative environment.

Corporate Background: Must have experience working within an international medical device corporation.

Position Responsibilities
\n
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales plan for Southern Europe aligned with corporate objectives, focusing on both account retention and new business development.
\n
Sales Growth: Drive revenue to meet or exceed quarterly and annual targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
\n
Market Intelligence: Collect and analyze data on competitor activity, market size, and individual hospital developments to refine regional strategies.
\n
Relationship Management: Prospect and convert new hospital accounts while maintaining strong ties with existing users.
\n
Cross-functional Collaboration: Maintain internal relationships with Tender, Customer Service, R&D;, and Field Applications teams.
\n
Clinical Education: Ensure customers are fully trained on product usage and kept informed of the latest clinical data and software updates.
\n
Operations: Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to delivery, coordinating product availability and inventory levels.
\n
Event Representation: Attend industry trade shows and congresses, providing detailed post-event reports and lead follow-up.

Experiencia en la industria: Mínimo de 5 años de trayectoria demostrable en ventas directas de bienes de equipo de Imagen Médica.

Especialización: Es obligatorio contar con experiencia directa en la venta de sistemas SPECT, SPECT/CT y/o PET/CT.
\n
Red de contactos: Se requiere disponer de una red clínica establecida en los departamentos de Medicina Nuclear de la región del Sur de Europa.
\n
Gestión de canales: Amplia experiencia en la gestión e impulso de distribuidores externos para alcanzar los objetivos regionales.
\n
Habilidades interpersonales: Fuertes capacidades de negociación y comunicación; capacidad para influir en una amplia gama de interlocutores.
\n
Mentalidad: Proactiva, orientada a resultados y capaz de prosperar en un entorno colaborativo y emprendedor.
