Your Responsibilities
* Provide 1st-level IT support: via phone, email, and chat.
* Assist employees: with system operations, troubleshooting, and peripheral devices.
* Perform root cause analysis: to resolve technical issues.
* Monitor and categorize IT tickets: in the ITSM system.
* Use knowledge databases: to provide quick and accurate resolutions.
* Collaborate with 2nd-level support: teams and external service providers.
What We’re Looking For
* Fluent Finnish speaker (C1 level): with strong written and spoken skills.
* Good command of English: to communicate effectively within the team.
* Experience in IT support: 1st or 2nd level support in a corporate environment.
* Strong technical knowledge: including Windows 10, Office 365, MS Teams, and hardware/software troubleshooting.
* Familiarity with ITSM ticketing systems: ideally ServiceNow.
* Analytical and problem-solving mindset: to handle technical challenges effectively.
* Customer-focused approach: with a strong sense of responsibility.
* Willingness to learn and grow: with motivation to develop technical and soft skills.
