- Communicating daily with doctors, clinics, and patients.
- Ability to adapt to continuous changes in the customer service system?
- Monitoring, tracking, and efficiently handling appointment requests.
Requirements:
- A high level of English.
- DNI or NIE and social security affiliation number.
- While prior experience is not a requirement, possessing a strong work ethic and a passion for customer care is essential for this role.
