About You
We seek motivated individuals eager to join our family and advance their careers in a dynamic team. You should be results-oriented, capable of developing the business as a founder in your RTM, with a focus on expanding our Premium portfolio, Innovations, and safeguarding the Core business.
RESPONSIBILITIES
With our consumer at the center, your key focus will be:
1. Contributing to the delivery of our objectives: EFO & new model.
2. Implementing the Commercial plan aligned with customer programs in the Country Integrated Activity Plan (IAP) specific to On-Trade customers.
3. Negotiating at the Point of Sale to meet Distribution & Visibility targets.
4. Activating our brands at the point of purchase using Picture of Success approaches to influence consumers.
5. Identifying opportunities and developing strategies to maximize Bacardi’s performance at On-Trade customers in your region, creating value.
Skills
- Demonstrable track record in Commercial roles, with preferred field sales experience.
- Affinity with On Trade, Events, and Promotions.
- Ability to organize work independently and effectively.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Good communication and active listening skills.
- Team player.
