Mission: This role requires a customer-centric approach with full ownership and responsibility for implementing and completing projects with customers. It involves managing, engineering, planning, and resourcing multiple projects within an end-user projects team.
This position demands close collaboration with the Project Developer and Commercial Manager and offers opportunities to assist Business Developers and Project Developers with additional sales proposals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate and deliver multiple projects to our customers through Schneider Electric's Quality Management System and Health and Safety Management System.
* Support, coach, and mentor project teams to achieve successful project delivery.
* Ensure defined project goals, objectives, and performance measures are met or exceeded.
* Identify project issues and implement proactive plans to resolve them effectively and efficiently.
* Carry out engineering design and integrated projects, including I/O schedules, descriptions of operation, control panel designs, plant schematics, H&S documentation, and O&M documentation.
* Procure equipment and subcontract installation/panels to meet project timelines.
* Manage financial aspects of projects, including procurement, invoice approval, variation handling, final account agreement, and monthly cost-to-complete reviews.
* Maintain close liaison with the commercial team.
* Attend site meetings with customers, contractors, subcontractors, and consultants as necessary.
* Take a proactive approach to gathering all required information to progress work.

Requirements:
* PREFERRED University Master's Degree (Engineering and/or Business)
* PMP-P certification is a must
* English fluency is a must
* Another language will be valuable
* Minimum 4 years of experience in Customer Project Execution, particularly in complex projects
* Experience in Power System solutions
* Proven ability to lead functional and remote teams, including various profiles (Contract, Technical, SMEs...)
* Aptitude to handle time pressure and stress while maintaining a high performance level
* Ability to understand, influence, and convince in a complex matrix organization
