You will design and develop machinery, robots, and automation systems for composite part manufacturing, aligning with plant strategy and cross‑functional teams. You’ll lead technical and R&T projects, ensuring on-time delivery, cost control, and product quality while driving digitalization and Industry 4.0 initiatives. This role blends hands-on engineering with transnational collaboration across sites to optimize manufacturing cells. You’ll shape improvements and provide technical guidance to maintenance and production partners.

• Develop and specify Machines/Robots and Technical Systems concepts and requirements
• Define CapEx content and perform cost estimation for technical systems
• Support procurement on technical aspects and oversee project milestones (KOM, PDR, CDR, CISS, CIPS, R&R)
• Plan, monitor, and drive approval, budget, and cash flow for projects
• Introduce changes to Machines/Robots in the plant and ensure process alignment
• Provide technical support to Maintenance for manufacturing cell reliability
• Propose and deliver R&T topics aligned with AI strategy; ensure deliverables within budget and schedule
• Lead digitalization, Industry 4.0 initiatives and data analytics efforts
• Collaborate transnationally via OMI network and promote best practices across plants
Responsabilidades
• Master Degree in Engineering xpzdshu
• Mechanical and machines technical background
• Composite materials knowledge
• Project Management experience (transversal and transnational)
• PLC programming will be a plus
• Artificial intelligence & data analytics basic skill appreciated
• English: Negotiation level
