Role Overview :
Seeking a dynamic and experienced Key Account Manager (KAM) to join the team in Spain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SaaS sales within the healthcare sector or experience in life science diagnostics and a keen interest in transitioning into SaaS / AI solutions. Excellent communication skills, along with a passion for transforming healthcare through technology, are key for this role.
Key Responsibilities :
* Client Engagement & Relationship Management :
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in healthcare organisations, including hospitals, research institutions, and public health entities.
* Collaboration with External Stakeholders :
Work closely with industry stakeholders to advocate for our solutions and influence the development of industry standards.
* Sales & Business Development :
Develop and manage a healthy sales pipeline through strategic lead generation and qualification. Oversee and continuously improve the sales cycle, from lead generation to contract closure, ensuring reduced timelines and optimised resource allocation year after year.
Skills, Experience, and Qualifications :
10+ years of combined experience in Life Science Diagnostics and SaaS / AI within the healthcare sector. Strong understanding of technology, big data, and AI applications in healthcare. Fluent in both English and Spanish. Proven experience managing international sales and business development teams. Ability to effectively engage with medical departments in the pharmaceutical industry. Willingness to work remotely and travel as needed.
