Join Our Small, Dedicated Team at a Finca in Calvià
We are a small and committed team running a finca and retreat space in the Mallorcan countryside near Calvià. We are currently looking for one experienced, reliable and grounded person to join us in a full-time seasonal support role from approximately April 15 to October 15.
This is a hands-on position and includes:
* Housekeeping and cleaning
* Laundry and general organization
* Light garden maintenance
* Basic kitchen assistance and food preparation
* Supporting the smooth daily running of the finca
We are looking for someone who is practical, self-responsible and comfortable with physical work in a warm climate. You should enjoy working both independently and as part of a small team, and genuinely appreciate service and attention to detail. The role may involve split shifts depending on the season and activity level.
Requirements:
* Previous practical work experience (hospitality or similar preferred)
* English required (Spanish and/or German are a plus)
* EU citizenship or legal right to work in Spain (NIE required)
* Driver's license recommended
