POur client is seeking a Marketing Manager to join its International Division. Reporting directly to the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO), this role is a key driver of the group's marketing activity across the assigned countries. The Marketing Manager will act as the central link between the group's commercial goals, the brands available in each market, and the local country teams. Marketing Plan Definition Execution /b /pulliDefine, execute, and monitor the annual and quarterly marketing plan for each assigned country, in close coordination with local Country Managers and brand-level marketing counterparts. /liliAlign marketing initiatives with the commercial strategy and sales objectives of the group across all assigned markets. /liliEnsure consistent brand positioning and messaging across countries while adapting campaigns to local market needs. /liliOversee the full marketing mix: digital, point-of-sale, congresses, trade fairs, product launches, and educational content. /li /ulpb2. Budget Management /b /pulliOwn and manage the marketing budget allocated across the different assigned countries. /liliPrioritise investment decisions by country and initiative, ensuring maximum ROI. /liliTrack spending against the approved budget and flag deviations proactively. /liliPrepare monthly and quarterly budget reports with clear breakdowns by country, brand, and activity type. /li /ulpb3. Market Intelligence Feedback Loop /b /pulliContinuously gather market intelligence: local trends, competitive activity, customer needs, pricing dynamics, and product gaps. /liliAct as the key conduit between the field and the brands/commercial teams at group level, providing structured and actionable feedback. /liliIdentify opportunities to adapt brand offerings or messaging based on country-specific insights. /li /ulpb4. Events Trade Fairs /b /pulliRepresent the company and its brands at trade fairs, congresses, and professional events in the assigned countries. /liliPlan and coordinate group presence at events: logistics, materials, stands, and promotional actions. /liliDebrief on event outcomes and translate learnings into next-cycle planning. /li /ulpb5. Reporting Performance Tracking /b /pulliPresent monthly reports to the CSO covering: actions executed, results obtained, budget invested, and upcoming priorities. /liliDefine and track KPIs for all marketing activities, ensuring data-driven decision making. /liliCollaborate with Country Managers on local performance reviews. /li /ulpbr/ppbExperience Education /b /pulliBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
