Position Overview:
Reporting directly to the IT Manager, our future Site IT Support Analyst will be responsible for providing support to Valladolid and nearby locations in different areas and delivering flawless IT project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensuring all systems are monitored and maintained to guarantee the integrity and security of company data.
* Ensuring maintenance and upkeep of networking infrastructure.
* Managing and ensuring 1st class service levels are provided to support all customers.
* Performing activities in compliance with ISMS and Sarbanes Oxley requirements.
* Ensuring all corporate standards are adhered to.
* Providing 1st class 1st line support and problem analysis/rectification using corporate incident logging applications.
* Maintaining and improving documentation and procedures to enable smooth operations, sustain a knowledge base, self-reliance, and an accruable history database.
* Delivering accurate IT project planning and flawless execution.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* 3 years’ work experience in an IT System Support Environment.
* Preferable IT Project Management experience.
* Hardware: Servers and SAN, Cisco switches and wireless networking, workstations & Laptops.
* Software: VMware, Windows Server 20xx, MS SQL, Windows Workstations & MS Office.
* Comms: Cisco networking experience including Switches, TCP/IP protocol, DHCP, DNS, Wireless Access point.
* Cabling: Structured cabling system, category 6 Ethernet & fibre.
* Fluent in English and Spanish (Written & Spoken).
* Qualifications: Preferred – ITIL; MCSE/MCSA/MCP; VCP.
* Qualifications: Required – Degree in Computer Science, related engineering, or formal IT-related education.
