Business Development Manager, up to €60,000, car/car allowance + 15% revenue based bonus



Location: Italy/Western Europe


We are seeking a self-motivated, commercially minded and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth across Italy, Spain and Western Europe.

This is a pivotal, high-impact role focused on expanding market presence, developing strategic partnerships and delivering sustainable revenue growth. You will manage the full sales cycle, build long-term relationships and act as a trusted expert in printing solutions. The ideal candidate has experience selling within the electronics / technology solutions across large territories in a matrix, corporate environment.


As Business Development Manager you will:



* Represent the brand in a professional, proactive and ethical manner, aligned with core values
* Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, including RFP responses and contract negotiations
* Deliver revenue and growth targets aligned with annual business objectives
* Develop and execute your own territory strategy and business plan
* Identify, onboard and manage new distributors, VARs, resellers and key customers
* Drive strategic sales opportunities and expand market share within the territory
* Monitor and analyse sales performance, taking corrective action where required
* Conduct in-depth market and competitor analysis to refine sales approach
* Promote products and solutions through presentations, demonstrations and customer engagements


Experience required as a Business Development Manager:


* Proven track record in business development or sales, ideally within the printing industry
* Strong commercial awareness with the ability to negotiate effectively beyond price
* Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills
* Comfortable working independently while consistently achieving targets
* Experience working with integrators, resellers or channel partners
* Strong objection-handling and problem-solving skills
* Willingness to travel extensively across the territory, including overnight and international travel

* Strong business acumen with the ability to understand customer profitability
* Ethical, customer-focused and relationship-oriented
* Confident negotiator who can find win-win outcomes
* Adaptable, resilient and energised by challenge
* Strong presentation and influencing skills in both one-to-one and group setting
