JOB DESCRIPTION:
This role offers an opportunity for someone looking to advance their finance career in a hybrid position covering Accounts Payable and Finance Reporting. You will collaborate with both the Finance Reporting Team and Accounts Payable Team, ensuring timely completion of month-end and periodic tasks, supporting regulatory submissions, and managing various aspects of Accounts Payable, such as supplier reconciliations and payments.
Responsibilities:
1. Assist with all month-end processes, ensuring accurate posting of journals, accruals, pre-payments, and revenue items.
2. Complete monthly Client & Supplier override reporting, raising and sharing relevant invoices.
3. Support and act as the first point of escalation for financial queries, responding promptly.
4. Collaborate with finance and non-finance teams across the business.
5. Maintain a clean AP ledger and prepare bi-monthly supplier payments.
6. Reconcile supplier invoices in SAP against internal reservation records, resolving disputes.
7. Participate in monthly closing tasks related to AP and manage risks related to open, uninvoiced bookings.
