PpThe Casino Country Manager – Spain will be responsible for shaping and driving the blocal market strategy /b for Glitnor and OneCasino in Spain. The role sits at the bcrossroads of product, marketing, CRM, and commercial teams /b, with a strong focus on blocal market insight, influence, and direction /b rather than day-to-day execution. /p pYou will define bmarket-specific plans, actions, product and campaign enhancements /b, ensuring that the Spanish customer experience, tone of voice, and commercial priorities are clearly articulated, localised, and effectively handed over to execution teams across the organisation. /p pThe position will be based and resident in Melilla for a minimum of 6 months yearly, but you can also combine this by being based at our offices in Marbella (Estepona) / Barcelona 6 months yearly. /p h3What will you be doing? /h3 h3Market Strategy, Influence Growth Direction /h3 ul liDefine and own the Spain market strategy, translating local market insights into clear plans, priorities, and initiatives. /li liIdentify growth opportunities across acquisition, retention, product positioning, and customer experience. /li liAct as the local market expert, ensuring Spain-specific needs are reflected in global strategies. /li /ul h3Product, CRM Customer Experience /h3 ul liInfluence product roadmap decisions, game mix, features, and UX based on Spanish market insights. /li liShape and guide CRM strategies, customer journeys, and lifecycle initiatives with a strong focus on localisation. /li liOwn the local tone of voice, ensuring messaging resonates culturally and commercially with Spanish players. /li liPropose product, UX, and campaign enhancements and pass clear briefs and requirements to execution teams. /li /ul h3Marketing Brand Strategy (Strategic Ownership) /h3 ul liDefine the local marketing strategy and action plans in collaboration with central Marketing teams. /li liGuide the development of localised acquisition, conversion, and retention initiatives, ensuring alignment with Spain market objectives. /li liShape the local promotional and campaign calendar, providing market-driven input and prioritisation. /li liSupport commercial discussions with acquisition partners (affiliates, media groups, etc.), ensuring Spain-specific performance metrics and ROI expectations are clear. /li /ul h3Cross-Department Collaboration /h3 ul liAct as a strategic connector between Product, Marketing, CRM, Compliance, Payments, BI, and Group Management. /li liEnsure clear communication of Spain market priorities, plans, and feedback across teams. /li liEnable effective execution by providing structured plans, briefs, and market context to delivery teams. /li liDrive alignment between global objectives and local market realities. /li /ul h3Financial Performance PL Ownership /h3 ul liShared PL ownership for the Spanish Casino business, together with a representative from Group Management. /li liContribute to revenue growth, cost optimisation, forecasting, and long-term profitability planning. /li liEvaluate the financial impact of proposed initiatives and market strategies. /li /ul h3Regulatory Market Governance /h3 ul liEnsure full compliance with Spanish gaming regulations and licensing requirements. /li liMaintain strong working relationships with regulators and relevant local authorities. /li liEnsure local strategies and initiatives align with regulatory constraints and opportunities. /li /ul h3Data-Driven Market Leadership /h3 ul liMonitor and analyse KPIs, player behaviour, and market trends to inform strategic decisions. /li liTranslate data insights into actionable recommendations and improvement plans. /li liResponsible for weekly and monthly Spain market reporting across customer and business metrics. /li /ul h3Who are you? /h3 ul liMandatory: Proven experience in iGaming, ideally within online casino operations. /li liMandatory: Direct experience of the Spanish online gaming market. /li liFluent in English with native-level Spanish. /li liStrong understanding of Customer Lifetime Value, customer journeys, and CRM strategy. /li liSolid experience in online marketing, acquisition, and retention from a strategic perspective. /li liProven ability to define and influence creative, high-impact campaigns (not necessarily execute them). /li liStrong commercial mindset with experience contributing to PL ownership, forecasting, and revenue optimisation. /li liHighly collaborative, with the ability to work effectively across multiple departments. /li liConfident communicator and influencer, capable of aligning stakeholders around market-driven plans. /li liData-driven and analytical, with the ability to convert insights into clear strategic direction. /li /ul pbWho we are: /b OneCasino, part of the Glitnor Group, is an online casino established in Malta since 8 years and aiming to provide the best gaming experience.
