We’re helping our client find a Head of Amazon to lead and optimize their Amazon marketplace strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
This role owns the full Amazon ecosystem, from growth strategy and advertising to inventory, brand health, and team development, while establishing scalable best practices for long-term, sustainable performance.
Responsibilities
* Develop and execute comprehensive Amazon growth strategy across all marketplaces
* Manage Amazon advertising campaigns (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display, DSP)
* Optimize product listings, A+ content, and brand storefront for maximum conversion
* Lead inventory planning, forecasting, and supply chain coordination
* Monitor brand health metrics, reviews, and competitor activities
* Establish and manage team of Amazon specialists and coordinators
* Collaborate with finance on P&L management and budget allocation
* Ensure compliance with Amazon policies and resolve account issues
Requirements
* 7+ years Amazon marketplace experience with leadership responsibilities
* Proven track record scaling brands to 8+ figures on Amazon
* Expert knowledge of Amazon advertising platforms and attribution models
* Experience with Seller Central, Vendor Central, and Amazon analytics tools
* Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data sets
* Team management and cross-functional collaboration experience
* Consumer goods or health/wellness industry background preferred
