What will you do?
Main Responsibilities
* Development and management of BIM models for industrial projects, ensuring alignment with project requirements and standards.
* Creation, coordination, and update of 3D models across multiple disciplines, including civil, structural, mechanical, piping, and electrical.
* Extraction and generation of drawings, documentation, and quantities directly from BIM models.
* Coordination with engineering teams to ensure consistency between design inputs and model development.
* Detection and resolution of clashes and interferences using BIM tools, supporting design optimization and constructability.
* Implementation and compliance with BIM standards, workflows, and best practices within the project.
* Participation in model reviews, coordination meetings, and technical discussions with internal teams and external stakeholders.
* Support in the integration of BIM models with planning and construction processes when required.
Requirements
* Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Civil, or similar) or relevant technical background.
* 1-3 years of experience in BIM modelling within industrial projects.
* Hands-on experience with BIM tools such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD Plant 3D, or similar.
* Experience working in multidisciplinary environments, coordinating with different engineering disciplines.
* Knowledge of BIM methodologies, standards, and data management processes.
* Experience in industrial sectors such as metals, mining, energy, or similar will be highly valued.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work with complex models.
* Good communication skills and ability to work in team-oriented environments.
* English (minimum B2 required).
Location
Spain (Bilbao, Madrid, or Barcelona), with preference for Bilbao and Madrid.
Project Duration
Long-term project, with high dedication and continuity.
