🏢 What you’ll be doing
1) Strategic Brand Management for Clinical, RA & Software Division
* Develop and execute targeted marketing initiatives to drive customer acquisition and strengthen our market presence.
* Identify service portfolio gaps and generate innovative ideas for growth in a dynamic life sciences landscape.
* Understand buyer personas and key stakeholders to attract and engage the right customers.
* Lead, inspire, and coach the marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, ownership and accountability
* Set clear goals and priorities for team members, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
* Oversee content development to create compelling and compliant materials tailored to diverse audiences.
* Ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment with marketing and business strategies.
* Monitor market trends, emerging technologies, and competitors’ activities to inform decisions.
* Plan and optimize marketing campaigns while maintaining brand consistency and regulatory compliance.
* Analyze campaign data and prepare clear performance reports.
* Build and nurture relationships with key external partners to enable strategic collaborations.
* Promote the divisions internally and externally to enhance visibility and positioning.
2) Team Coordination & Enablement
* Support the operational rhythm of the marketing team.
* Help streamline collaboration, ensure progress, and flag blockers.
* Act as a senior sparring partner to help raise the overall impact and visibility of the team.
đź’Ş What you bring
* A Master degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.
* Proven experience as a Brand Manager (or similar role) in Life Sciences, preferably in Medtech. You’ve worked with or around technical/regulated services, like clinical trials, software, or regulatory.
* Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent analytical and communication abilities; building relationships comes naturally to you.
* You're a strategic thinker who thrives on translating business complexity into compelling messaging and campaigns
* A creative mindset with the drive to grow market share and shape brand perception.
* You know how to empower others and guide cross-team execution.
