Join our team in Barcelona as a Business Analyst for a 12-month assignment, where you’ll play a key role in implementing a global Contracts Lifecycle Management (CLM) system to streamline contract processes and enhance experiences for both our teams and customers

Key Responsibilities :

* Analyze contract data in detail and support the transition to new systems, while identifying ways to improve processes.
* Work closely with stakeholders to collect important information from different sources and systems, and turn these findings into clear, useful reports for management.
* Document business processes and help create training materials together with the global project team.
* Communicate regularly with management, providing updates on progress, risks, and any changes that could affect project goals.

Qualifications

Professional Experience

* Minimum 2 years of experience in reporting, business analytics, or project management, ideally across multiple functions or departments.
* Proven track record of delivering projects on time with measurable results.
* Experience in training development, including the creation of training materials and support for knowledge transfer initiatives
* Experience in data migration systems / processes
* This role requires a confident communicator who can work independently under pressure, exercise sound judgment, and remain focused on success. To thrive in this position, the candidate should demonstrate :
* Self-starter with a strong drive to achieve results.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills across global, matrixed organizations and all levels.
* Strong time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail with effective prioritization.
* Data-driven mindset with solid business, analytical, and problem-solving skills, including creativity.
