IT Integration Project Manager

Role Overview
The IT Integration ProjectManager has the responsibility of assigned IT integration projects, focused onAPI and Event Notification Implementation. Plans and coordinates all aspects ofassigned projects from initiation through delivery in effective collaborationwith other IT Teams.
The candidate will be focusedprimarily on linking on-premises and cloud-based enterprise softwareapplications, including ERP, CRM, devices (IOT) and custom solutions to meetbusiness needs aligned within the Nippon Gases Integration strategy.
General characteristics
The newlyappointed role involves the coordination of integration projects, contributingto the company's integration strategy and supporting IT projects where multiplesystems need to be integrated. Projects will be executed in collaboration withother IT teams and external partners to ensure successful and timelyimplementation of interfaces.
Projects should beassessed by both the business and IT teams, prioritized, and executed using theproject management methodology. It is imperative that they are delivered ontime, within the budget and meet the highest quality standards while satisfyingcustomer expectations.
Key responsibilities
1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field or equivalent work experience.
2. Project Management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum.
3. Contribute to analyze, design and coordinate the execution of integration services (APIs) within the integration architecture standards.
4. Be involved in the development life cycle and perform definition and feasibility analysis.
5. Provide expert advice to project teams on use of integration architecture including integration best practices.
6. Oversee critical steps within the Integration projects that impact enterprise projects.
7. Work with project teams in definition of requirements for integration requests of their projects into the Enterprise Architecture.
8. Work with integration architect to coordinate project planning and assess the necessary activities to successfully implement the projects.
9. Manage internal resources as well as augmented or externally sourced team members.
10. Communicate project status to various levels of management.
11. Partner with leaders of other disciplines to ensure proposed solutions align with information, technology, infrastructure, business and security architectures.
12. Deliver quality results on time with minimal supervision.
13. The Integration project manager will be located inMadrid and will report to the IT Integration Senior Manager.
Job requirements
14. 7+ years of experience in IT project management position with proven experience in management of complex projects.
Knowledge of process improvement and high-performance project team management.
15. Excellent knowledge in English, both written/spoken
16. Considered very valuable the knowledge of integration technology platforms and capabilities across MuleSoft, SAP and Microsoft Azure API Management Services.
17. Knowledge of enterprise and systems architecture, standards, frameworks, and practices.
18. Expertise in solution design and functional analysis, vendor management, enterprise application support, in addition to strong business understanding and project management.
19. Experience with the implementation of Continuous Integration practices and tooling to support automated build, delivery and regression test of commercial software.
20. Proven experience in managing relationships with vendors/consultants, IT teams and internal stakeholders.
21. Outstanding communications skills to be able to effectively interface with high level business owners, key-users, and IT specialists
22. Interest in staying hands-on technical while wearing project management role.
23. Problem solving/support-oriented attitude, proactive, result-oriented
24. Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines
25. Organization, creativity, flexibility, and strong analytical skills
