What You'll Do
Talent Attraction
* Design proactive and creative recruitment strategies, anticipating future needs.
* Build strong partnerships with universities and business schools through events, classes, and networking.
* Manage end-to-end recruitment processes in close collaboration with hiring managers.
* Boost our employer branding in partnership with Comms, strengthening our unique Employee Value Proposition.
* Use Personio to ensure seamless, transparent, and traceable hiring workflows.
Learning & Development
* Lead the annual training plan aligned with business needs and team development goals.
* Co-create tailored learning experiences with managers and key areas.
* Deliver strategic internal trainings and champion a continuous learning culture.
* Manage the training budget with our Compensation & Benefits team.
* Coordinate onboarding and career path design, including transversal growth routes.
Talent Management & Strategic Projects
* Evolve our Talent Matrix, identifying key talent and shaping development and succession plans.
* Collaborate on high-impact projects around culture, DEI, well-being, and engagement.
* Bring a strategic lens to performance management and internal talent identification.
* Co-lead our Wellbeing Program and ensure alignment in internal communications, leveraging tools like Dialenga.
* Strengthen internal communications, ensuring coherence across culture, messaging, and employee experience.
What You Bring
* Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, Labor Relations or related fields.
* 4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Development, or Learning (corporate/in-house experience required).
* Background in digital environments and tools like Personio, Dialenga, GoodHabitz.
* Experience in internal communication strategy is a plus.
* Advanced English (C1 level).
* Outstanding communication, empathy, strategic thinking, and a true passion for people.
