Job Description
Mission:
The Strategic Account Manager is responsible for implementing the Schneider Electric regional commercial strategy to profitably grow sales of Schneider Electric solutions & professional services within the AI and HPC ecosystem.
This role involves managing a designated customer base globally, collaborating closely with country sales teams to execute the central strategy, and achieving business revenue & profitability goals within these customers.
Responsibilities:
* Develop, monitor, and achieve profitable revenue growth targets for specified customers.
* Own global relationships within designated customers and promote expansion of regional and local relationships.
* Design and implement robust account-level strategies to develop and grow these accounts.
* Negotiate complex sales deals, including coordinating multi-country projects.
* Lead generation into C&SP to support global data center segment growth.
* Understand main organizational functions, processes, and stakeholders that support the go-to-market model.
* Deeply understand market conditions, commercial policies, and industry trends.
* Drive prescription in whitespace and edge applications, developing compelling value propositions within the DC Ecosystem.
* Manage senior stakeholders with conflicting priorities effectively.
* Ensure cross-functional collaboration within Schneider Electric teams for these accounts.
* Support offer development to capture new revenue streams.
* Lead thought leadership initiatives in white and compute space.
Skills & Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or IT.
* At least 5 years of successful channel sales experience.
* Strong knowledge of the IT channel landscape, including the AI/HPC ecosystem.
* Excellent business acumen and analytical skills.
* Good understanding of Schneider solutions and offers.
* Ability to handle complex matters with analytical and synthetic skills.
* Excellent communication and influencing skills, capable of engaging up to VP level.
* Autonomous working style with good judgment.
* Proactive, open-minded, and team-oriented personality.
* Proficiency in English.
