What would you need
- Experience with Active Directory and Azure user support.
- Experience with Intum management.
- Proficiency in Office 365 administration.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac OS environments.
- Familiarity with JIRA and warehouse management systems.
- Ability to handle critical incident test cases efficiently.
- Conversational fluency in English and Spanish.

- You have a Higher Vocational Degree in ASIX or equivalent.
What will you be doing?
- Manage incidents and requests related to Active Directory, Azure, Windows, Mac OS, and Office 365.
- Support warehouse management systems and critical incident test cases.
- Collaborate closely with the BackOffice team and other departments.
