In the Iberia (Spain & Portugal) market, we are looking for a sales manager who is valuable to the growth of our business.
Position Description:
This role is designed as a hybrid commercial and sales support position to support the growth of the Iberian market (Spain & Portugal).
You will work closely with the existing Sales Director in the region, contributing both to daily sales operations and to the development of new business opportunities across developing and mid-sized accounts.
The role combines approximately:
• 30% internal sales support and coordination tasks
• 70% external customer engagement and business development activities
This is an ideal role for an early-career sales professional who is looking to grow into a full sales role in an international environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Support the development of the Spain & Portugal market together with the regional Sales Manager
* Manage and develop relationships with end-users and mid-sized / developing customers
* Identify new business opportunities and support sales growth in the region
* Conduct customer visits, follow up on quotations, and support order conversion
* Handle sales coordination tasks including quotations, orders, and customer documentation
* Maintain accurate customer data and support internal sales processes
* Provide regular feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business, or related field
* 1–3 years of experience in sales, sales support, or commercial roles
* Strong willingness to develop in a sales/business development role
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Structured, detail-oriented, and proactive
* Ability to work independently and in a small international team
* Experience in machinery, construction equipment, or related technical industries is preferred
* Basic technical understanding or strong interest in mechanical/industrial products is a plus
Languages
* Spanish: Native or fluent
* English: Professional working proficiency
* Portuguese: a plus

* Willingness to travel within Spain & Portugal
* Driving license
