Your Role
In the assigned BES territory / BSP industry, manage, develop, and maintain high-value customer relations (gold, silver, bronze) to maximize sales and profit. Identify opportunities and monetize business potentials. This position will cover the East and South of Spain.
Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers in the polymers and rubbers sector.
* Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and fulfillment of needs.
* Conduct market and competitive analysis to propose effective strategies.
* Develop and execute sales plans.
Your Profile
Skills
* In-depth knowledge of polymers and rubbers.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
* Languages: Spanish and English at C1 level.
Experience
Previous sales or account management experience in the chemical industry.
Education
Graduate in Chemistry, Materials Engineering, or similar.
